Wettkampfordnung
1. Die Zeitnehmung erfolgt durch TIME NOW SPORTS. Live Ergebnisse sind während dem Lauf im Internet einsehbar.
Der Zeitnehmungs-Chip ist in der Startnummer integriert.
Die Startnummer ist während dem gesamten Bewerb gut sichtbar am Körper zu tragen. Für Staffelläufer ist ein Staffelholz vorgesehen, das im gekennzeichneten Bereich immer übergeben werden muss.
2. Auf der Strecke sind folgende Ausrüstungsgegenstände verboten:
Stöcke, Kinderwägen, Regenschirme, Smoveyringe
Gehen ist erlaubt, aber ohne Hilfsmittel
3. Folgendes ist strikt verboten und führt zur Disqualifikation:
a) Abkürzen der Strecke
b) Begleiten der Teilnehmenden (Betreuung nur im offiziellen bzw. individuellen Verpflegungsbereich)
c) Die Achtung der Umwelt und des Ökosystems ist uns extrem wichtig: Das Wegwerfen von Müll entlang der Strecke (außer in die Mülleimer) ist streng untersagt.
d) Unsportliches oder respektloses Verhalten gegenüber anderen Personen
e) Positiver Dopingtest bzw. Verweigerung der Dopingkontrolle
f) Nichtbeachtung einer Anweisung des Veranstalters, Streckenchefs, Postenchefs, Arztes oder Sanitäters
4. Jeder Anmelderücktritt muss per E-Mail ([email protected]) oder über das Kontaktformular auf der Webseite bekannt gegeben werden. Die Rückerstattung der Anmeldegebühr erfolgt nach folgendem Schema:
Vor dem 31. Jänner 2024 ==> 60 %
1. Februar – 29. Februar 2024 ==> 50 %
1. März – 31. März 2024 ==> 40%
Nach dem 31. März 2024 findet keine Rückvergütung mehr statt.
5. Die Startnummer muss an der Brust oder am Bauch getragen werden und unbedingt während des ganzen Wettbewerbes vollständig und gut sichtbar sein. Sie muss also immer am äußersten Kleidungsstück getragen werden.
6. Individuelle Sponsoren: Die Läufer und Läuferinnen mit eigenen Sponsoren dürfen die Logos ihrer Sponsoren nur so anbringen, dass die Startnummer oder Partnerlogos des Veranstalters nicht verdeckt werden.
7. Bilderrechte: Jeder Teilnehmende verzichtet ausdrücklich auf jegliches Bildervorrecht während des Bewerbes, sowie alle Beschwerden gegenüber dem Veranstalter und dessen Partnern bezüglich der Verwendung von Bildern.
Jede Veröffentlichung zu diesem Ereignis oder der Gebrauch der Bilder dieser Veranstaltung muss mit Respekt gegenüber diesem Ereignis und der eingetragenen Marke geschehen und mit der Zustimmung des offiziellen Veranstalters.
8. Für den Fall meiner Teilnahme an einem Lauf im Rahmen des „Ultrarunfestival“ erkenne ich den Haftungsausschluss der Veranstalter für Schäden jeder Art (auch Diebstähle und Sachschäden) an. Ich werde weder gegen den Veranstalter, der Gemeinde und Sponsoren der Laufveranstaltung noch gegen die mitwirkenden Vereine, Schäden und Verletzungen jeder Art geltend machen, die mir durch meine Teilnahme an der Laufveranstaltung entstehen könnten. Jeder Teilnehmer hat selbst für Versicherungsschutz zu sorgen.
Competition Rules
1. The timing is done by TIME NOW SPORTS. Live results can be viewed on the internet during the run.
The chip is integrated in the start number.
The start number must be worn clearly visible on the body during the entire competition. A relay stick is provided for relay runners that must always be handed over in the marked area.
2. The following items of equipment are prohibited on the route:
Sticks, strollers, umbrellas, Smovey rings
Walking is allowed, but without aids
3. The following is strictly forbidden and leads to disqualification:
a) Shorten the route
b) Accompanying the participants (care only in the official or individual catering area)
c) Respect for the environment and the ecosystem is extremely important to us: Throwing away rubbish along the route (except in the rubbish bins) is strictly prohibited.
d) Unsportsmanlike or disrespectful behavior towards other people
e) positive doping control or refusal of the control
f) Failure to comply with instructions from the organizer, course chief, station chief, doctor or paramedic
4. Any withdrawal from the registration must be announced by email ([email protected]) or using the contact form on the website. The reimbursement of the registration fee takes place according to the following scheme:
Before January 31, 2024 ==> 60%
February 1 - February 29, 2024 ==> 50%
March 1 - March 31, 2024 ==> 40%
After March 31, 2024, there will be no more refunds.
5. The bib number must be worn on the chest or stomach and must be completely and clearly visible during the entire competition. So it must always be worn on the outermost item of clothing.
6. Individual sponsors: Runners with their own sponsors may only affix their sponsors' logos in such a way that the organizer's start number or partner logo is not covered.
7. Image rights: Each participant expressly waives any right to image during the competition, as well as all complaints against the organizer and its partners regarding the use of images.
Any publication about this event or the use of the images from this event must be done with respect for this event and the registered trademark and with the consent of the official organizer.
8. In the event of my participation in a run within the framework of the "Ultrarunfestival", I acknowledge the organizer's disclaimer of liability for damages of any kind (including theft and property damage). I will not assert against the organizer, the community and sponsors of the running event nor against the participating clubs, damages and injuries of any kind, which could arise through my participation in the running event. Each participant has to provide insurance coverage.
